This company has been the WORST service provider I have ever used in my life. Their partner company in Singapore - Intertrans is a close contender as well. Post lots of delays and damages of close to 30,000 Rs. during packing at Singapore, my stuff got shipped. Post shipping, there was zero info on the status. As expected, there was a delay of 10 days in getting my goods. There was no communication on the customs clearance and further processes. After multiple followups, clearance was a rushed, last minute affair where I had to do everything on my own. On the delivery date, I found to my horror that 5 boxes with brand new IKEA products were completely missing. They were worth 60,000 Rs. and my double wardrobe worth 50,000 Rs. and new microwave oven worth 8,000 Rs. and multiple glass and ceramic ware worth 8500 Rs. were completely broken. The delivery folks said they are just workers and the manager Mr.Vipin was completely unapproachable. They then refused to install any furniture (even though clearly it was within their scope of work) and even refused to unpack and didn't finish even 40% of their work. None of the boxes were even numbered and it was a nightmare to even track all my goods. After multiple follow-ups with Vipin, they promised that the carpenter would be sent the next day. But then, as expected, I was informed the next day morning that the carpenter is busy and can come in only 4 days later. My house is laying like a warehouse with all furniture and stuff laying all over. The worst part was when I requested for insurance processing, they fabricated multiple stories and refused to even process my well-documented claims. They claimed that the new products were my responsibility and that the old products were already damaged. DON'T TRUST YOUR HOUSE GOODS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!

Balaji packers completely broken my Samsung 345 litre Fridge during shifting. Their employees are completely negligent and are not at all care about the resultant costs if something gets broken. For a middle income people like us, such incidentals are uncomprehensible. Inspite of telling the workers to be double cautious during handling of items as any loss would have significant impact, they completely thrown the advise to wind and did unprofessional work. Would not recommend these packers if you are on tight budgets and cannot afford any breakages. Avoid at all costs these packers as having seen first hand their working, it is absolutely bad.

I don’t normally write reviews, but with these guys I had to make an exception! Having moved several times over the years, and having had terrible experiences in the past, these guys were GREAT. My shifting was from Bangalore to Mumabi and I did good enough research before I chose them, there were hardly a few experienced movers with good and genuine ratings(either I found new companies with less experience and trust with good ratings, or I could find experienced and know movers with bad customers experiences) I had told excellent about the conditions on which I would give them the order of moving my household goods and car, and they did agree to most of them apart from the payment part, anyways the service was exceptionally good, They were on time, conscientious, friendly and hard working. I would highly recommend excellent Movers and Packers to everyone, and if I ever have to move again they will be my first choice. They don't give excuse to do any task that you assign, they execute it properly. My cot was big and it was difficult to move it out of my old house and to bring it inside my new house. I loved the way they function. It suited me. Their representative came in advance to check the quantity and provide the price details so that there is no confusion later about the quantity or the price. Their Packers called me in advance to tell me that they will be coming at the appointed time. They arrived about 45 minutes earlier, but since I had mentioned 9 am as appointed time, they waited at the end of the street till we were ready for the day. The rest of the.packing, loading, unloading and unpacking was as per expectations.

But your best team at Bangalore needed Rs 1100 as tips in total. Here is the split-up: Rs 800 as Tips from me at source area; Rs 800 by the driver Rs 500 by your best staff in location; They were not willing to transfer of my premises without me paying the tips. Though I had availed the total service from you, I still had to shell out Rs 2200 as tips, which is like a smooth bribe collected from me by your staff.
