This company has been the WORST service provider I have ever used in my life.
Their partner company in Singapore - Intertrans is a close contender as well. Post lots of delays and damages of close to 30,000 Rs. during packing at Singapore, my stuff got shipped.
Post shipping, there was zero info on the status. As expected, there was a delay of 10 days in getting my goods. There was no communication on the customs clearance and further processes. After multiple followups, clearance was a rushed, last minute affair where I had to do everything on my own.
On the delivery date, I found to my horror that 5 boxes with brand new IKEA products were completely missing. They were worth 60,000 Rs. and my double wardrobe worth 50,000 Rs. and new microwave oven worth 8,000 Rs. and multiple glass and ceramic ware worth 8500 Rs. were completely broken. The delivery folks said they are just workers and the manager Mr.Vipin was completely unapproachable. They then refused to install any furniture (even though clearly it was within their scope of work) and even refused to unpack and didn't finish even 40% of their work. None of the boxes were even numbered and it was a nightmare to even track all my goods. After multiple follow-ups with Vipin, they promised that the carpenter would be sent the next day. But then, as expected, I was informed the next day morning that the carpenter is busy and can come in only 4 days later. My house is laying like a warehouse with all furniture and stuff laying all over.
The worst part was when I requested for insurance processing, they fabricated multiple stories and refused to even process my well-documented claims. They claimed that the new products were my responsibility and that the old products were already damaged.
DON'T TRUST YOUR HOUSE GOODS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!
